A Christmas Message from Rod Wilson
As you may have heard, this will be my final Christmas as the president of Regent College.
Christmas means, among other things, an inundation of chocolate—great news for a confirmed chocoholic such as myself! But what chocolate means to me has changed over my years here at Regent. Each semester, I host a series of “Chai and Chocolate” meetings, where I try to meet every new student in a small group setting in my office to learn who they are and what brought them to Regent. If you've never experienced it yourself, the video above will give you a sense of what it's like to meet with these students, brought by God to Regent from all over the world and every walk of life.
As I conclude my service as Regent’s president, I am encouraged by the ways that God has used this place to form and equip these students and thousands of others. My hope as I leave would be to see fresh financial commitment from our global community to sustain Regent’s distinctive and vital approach to theological education.
Would you consider a donation to the Regent College Foundation this Christmas? We are grateful for the years of support that RCF-USA has provided to Regent College and hope for many more years of fruitful partnership. Wherever you and I may find ourselves in the year ahead, the importance of Regent’s mission remains, and I invite you to be a part of ensuring that Regent can continue to serve Jesus Christ, His church, and His world.
President, Regent College
